The course begins with the fundamentals of hotel cashiering. Learners will understand the role of a hotel cashier, apply professional guest service standards, explore room rates and billing structures, and become familiar with cashiering systems, payment methods, and point-of-sale interfaces.

The course then explores the fundamentals of night audit operations.
