Requirements

This course is designed to provide practical and hands-on knowledge ofOracle Fusion HCM Cloud Technical concepts. You will learn how to work with some of the most commonly used Oracle HCM technical tools and technologies through step-by-step demonstrations and practical examples.
The course starts with the fundamentals ofEnterprise and Workforce Structures and then moves into important technical areas includingHCM Data Loader (HDL), OTBI Reports, BI Reports, SQL, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.
In this course, you will learn:Enterprise and Workforce Structures
Understand the basic HCM structures and concepts required for working with Oracle HCM Cloud.
HCM Data Loader (HDL)
Learn how to create HDL files using simple and multiple metadata, load worker data, and perform update and delete operations.
OTBI Reports
Learn how to create reports using single and multiple subject areas and build interactive OTBI dashboards.
BI Reports & SQL
Learn SQL basics and commonly used SQL commands for HCM reporting. You will also learn how to create BI reports, work with parameters and Lists of Values, and configure report bursting.
HCM Extracts
Learn how to create simple HCM Extracts and work with BI Publisher integration, Extract Rules, Fast Formula, Changes Only, Lookups, Flexfields, User Creation, and Sandbox concepts.
